Cancel or change an order
Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window in cancelling or changing an order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing.
If less than one hour has passed since submitting your order, you may either:
call customer service at 844-557-2120 (except holidays) to cancel your order
login to your account and click view order history. If the order has not yet been processed, you will find a cancel order button that you may click to cancel your order. If you are an unregistered user, you may use the track order feature (using your email address and order number) to access the cancel button.
If you need to change the size, colour or quantity of only a part of your order, please call customer service at 844-557-2120 (except holidays) to revise your order.
