This is an England Shirt not including Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Such a shame you failed on what would have been a great shirt for kids…

And no, this is not symbolizing the union with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland because those countries have no interest in wearing a shirt with ENGLAND on it, lol. They have their own teams! Otherwise these are so cute. I can't imagine how this was decided on or passed through development checks.
