Rated 1 out of 5 by from Safety issues I received the activity center as a baby shower gift few months ago and was really looking forward to using this activity center, but it hasn’t lived up to expectations. After only a short period, I noticed that some of the hanging toys don’t stay firmly in place. My baby was able to tug one off quite easily, and it ended up hitting her, which was both upsetting and concerning. At this stage, babies are naturally curious and grab everything, so the attachments should be much more secure. The overall structure also doesn’t feel as steady as I’d like, with a noticeable wobble when my baby is playing in it. Although it looks appealing and was quick to put together, the quality doesn’t inspire confidence when it comes to safety or long-term use. For something designed for young babies, I expected a more solid and reliable build.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the $$ [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is disappointing and not worth the money at all. My baby is 6 months old and has only just started using this. This activity center feels very cheap and while easy to put together, it’s also VERY easy for my baby to pull the toys off. She had yanked off each toy (one toy even hit her in the face when she pulled it off). A 6 month old shouldn’t be able to do that. It’s not safe. Probably going to have to put it away until she’s older and can use it for its other functionalities.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty Legs! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to love this as much as the little one... Once put together, all was well at first. We had thought the legs were a tad wobbly, but thought nothing of it since it appeared stable and secure enough at first. Within the first 2 months, one of the legs fell apart as they are only attached with an inaccessible screw. Contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement. Lo and behold, a month later, not only did the same thing happen to the replacement, but it also happened to another leg! Instead of going through the whole process again, we decided to just epoxy the plastic foot portions to the rest of the wood leg, which isn't great, but we don't have to worry about them falling off anymore. Will not recommend until this crucial design flaw is fixed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from UNSAFE [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised this hasn't been recalled. The straps detach on the foot stand and if that's not bad enough a leg on ours has completely come detached with the screw rattling around on the inside of the hollow plastic leg, with no way to secure it back to the wooden part of the leg. This was a gift and we started using it on Thanksgiving Day. So we haven't even had it a month yet. I'm not worried about my money but I am worried about other babies. Recall this immediately before you get a lawsuit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The legs break randomly. I have the exact same problem as others. I loved this but the legs fell apart after a few months? I can’t fix it and I can’t get a replacement leg because I’m in Canada so I’m screwed?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Legs Fall off and Screw is inaccessible [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the activity center however I will not recommend this one to anyone. Yes my baby loves it. However the internal screw on the leg had fallen out and you literally cannot get to it to reattach it. I see someone else has the same issue. Why would you make a screw - that over time can come lose...inaccessible. Now if I want to move the activity center the bottom white part of the legs will fall off. What a huge design flaw. I'm so frustrated as I've only been using this for 4 months and it's supposed to grow with my baby but looks like it won't be. Activity centers are great but not this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great except the legs fall off [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my son has loved this activity center, and generally I’d buy it again. That said, there’s a huge design flaw that we’ve found extremely annoying. The plastic part of the legs comes detached from the wooden part through normal use (this has happened on 3 of 4 legs) - and the attachment point is a screw that has fallen out that is completely NOT ACCESSIBLE. It’s sealed inside the plastic molded leg so there’s literally no way to reattach it yourself. It’s legitimately crazy. So now every time we move the activity center, the legs fall off and have to be reassembled. Very frustrating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great but unusable Wanted to love this product. I do mostly. It looks great, much better than the other ones. I do find it a little flimsy, and the legs have more wobble than they should. But this I could have lived with. The real flaw is that like others have mentioned, the clips that support the base are constantly coming undone. Sometimes it's just one at a time, other times my 4-month old can knock two down at the same time and he'll be left hanging with no support. It makes a loud bang on the floor and startles him. I am constantly reattaching the clips. This is going to be returned, unfortunately. I'll settle for the uglier version that doesn't seem to have these structural issues.
