It is so perfect for sun dresses and summer tops.
Love this lil “ shrug “ sweater. Bought it for my grand daughter to wear over top of sun dresses etc. It has cute little scalloped edges around the sleeves and the bottom of it. So happy I was able to find one at Carters!
