The matching top for this fits perfect and is a different material. These pants are not very stretchy, run small, and are tight in the waste.

Runs Small
Overall the leggings are soft and comfortable for toddler. The elastic band is too tight, and not stretchy. The size runs small. I compared it with another 2T Carter’s pants, this one is too small. And this one is actually 3T. My little one is 27 lbs and it fits well.

Odd length
