Up to 5 hrs for Cold and Hot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for a Preschooler! Holds enough food and its leak proof. I like to warm the food on a bowl before leaving the house to maintain the food hot. The directions reads not to boil it down on a pan nor microwaved ;it's not recommended, but it's a good product to have when the Bento lunch box dosen't keep the food warm long enough. Unless they have a hot Bento I dont know about. Overall, you wont be disappointment.
