This runs small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs a but small AND the party of the shirt where the tulle starts is placed far too high, so it makes it look even more like they are wearinf something too small for them. The layer under the tulle is a weird velvet so that is a bit odd seems shocking the tulle doesn't get stuck to it.
