Warm, sparkling leggings

Shrunk Excessivel!!!
These are wonderfully lined for warmth, but EXCESSIVELY SHRINK!!!
My first purchase I even sized up, based on shrinking reviews. They still shrunk about 2-3 inches.
So I bought them again in the next size up, and still the same issue! This time about 1 inch shorter than my daughter's ankle.
She's 4 and in size 4 clothing. The 5 & 6 were still too short, she has to go to a 7, that's right SEVEN, for the length, but then the waist is a little too big.
Please fix this shrinking issue

Too short
