I am not satisfied with my order and customer service, the size is not standard, because at first I ordered another model size 11 toddler, It was small, I ordered this model 12 , and It was small too, when I called the customer service, and I request to change with a size 13, they said me that I should pay the new price that was more than my payment. , because the kids size did not have promotion. It was not my fault, both models had same size guide, but not standard.
