Poor quality, sizing off

Perfect shoe for all occasions!

Looks Great - Sizing is Weird
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sizes “0, 1, 2, etc” isn’t a very good indicator. Tried using the sizing chart and ordered according to her foot measurement. Way too small. But once they came in it said “newborn” on the inside. So just took back and got the clothing size she was in.
